I’m a healthcare transformation executive and Lean Six Sigma Sensei.
Fifteen-plus years, $17M+ in savings, and a track record of fixing broken ORs, scheduling systems, and cost overruns. But I didn’t start in a boardroom.
I started as a Spanish Medical Interpreter, standing beside patients in their most vulnerable moments. That’s where I learned what every KPI ultimately means: the person on the other side of the exam room door.
That origin still shapes everything I do. I don’t fix processes for the sake of efficiency — I fix them because a slower OR, a broken scheduling system, or a cost overrun left unaddressed has a human cost on the other end.
My approach has always been simple: teach you to fish. Every engagement ends with your team owning the tools, the mindset, and the results. Because the same thinking that created a broken system can’t be the thinking that fixes it.

Mass vaccination + ED overflow, under crisis conditions
Directed Epic scheduling for vaccine administration at 28 hospitals and 5 large-scale clinics. Executed HOPD reactivation across 28 hospitals in 3.5 weeks. Zero playbook — built in real time.
New patient wait time cut nearly in half
Redesigned access workflows by eliminating scheduling waste and optimizing capacity utilization across a large specialty practice network.
